A free spirit with a big smile, Nerida is a qualified Rainbow Kids Yoga instructor. She's worked within the Early Years LearningFramework, practiced yoga herself for over 30 years and as a past gymnast, has experience as a children's gymnastics coach. The rest of the time, Nerida loves walking her dog Sky hanging out at the beach exploring and going on adventures and is a mum to her own two big rascals who keep her constantly on the GOGO!
