GoGo Teens after school yoga classes for 12- 17 year old Girls and Boys wanting to unwind, relax, strengthen and improve awareness and flexibility.
We have a lifelong relationship with our body so it pays to treat it well and listen to it with respect.
We focus on Mind/Body/Breath Awareness / Postures / Effective Practice / Creative Movement and core strength.
Term 3 Starts 17th July for 10 weeks until 18th September.
First Tuesday Gals dinner after yoga OK.
