Go Go Teens Tuesdays T3

GoGo Teens after school yoga classes for 12- 16 year old Girls and Boys wanting to unwind, relax, strengthen and improve awareness and flexibility.

We have a lifelong relationship with our body so it pays to treat it well and listen to it with respect.

We focus on Mind/Body/Breath Awareness / Postures / Effective Practice / Creative Yoga

The Glen Hall is located at the very peaceful grounds of St Anthony’s Parish School in Glen Huntly. We learn yoga in a fun, creative, non competitive and supportive way.

Classes are run during school terms.

Term 3 is 10 weeks (Starts 18th July and finishes 19th September.)

You can book casually or as bulk discounted prices.
